Enrollment Assistance:
We provide employee handouts, forms, and provider directories so that all employees and spouses are able to make informed decisions with regard to their health care and provided benefit package.
Installation & Communication:
We install new insurance plans by holding communication meetings with all covered employee/spouses to explain the new coverages and how to most effectively use their plan. We also discuss new forms and procedures with the group administrators so routine additions, deletions, and changes proceed smoothly.
Continuous Plan Management and Service:
Our office is staffed from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday to handle questions or assist with claim/benefit issues. We also have a voice messaging system for those employees who are unable to reach us during normal business hours.
