Pilot

Welcome to LMCU.

Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU) recently merged with Pilot Bank, and Pilot accounts will be converted to LMCU memberships beginning December 3, 2022.

This page is full of useful information for you to prepare for the conversion. This information was also part of a welcome packet mailed in late October to all Pilot clients, which included other important account information and documents.

Please keep a lookout for several important items that will be mailed throughout November:

  • All accounts will receive a new account number
  • Current debit card holders will receive a replacement debit card
  • Checking account holders will receive information on new checks
  • Business accounts with services such as ACH or wire transfers will receive additional information
  • Personal Accounts

    • What Will Change?
