Grand Haven, MI. (Jan. 10, 2023) – Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU) is happy to announce the hiring of Casey Vinton as a mortgage loan officer for West Michigan’s lakeshore region.
Vinton has worked in the mortgage business for nearly 20 years. Originally starting in the accounting side of mortgage lending, Vinton has also been involved in servicing, post-close, and sales and management. As a loan officer, Vinton specializes in working with self-employed borrowers and creating personal mortgage strategies for each member he works with.
LMCU’s Vice President of Regional Mortgage Production, Lisa DeLass, believes Vinton’s empathetic demeanor makes him a valuable addition to the LMCU team. “Casey has been in the industry for many years and has picked up on what it takes to be successful in this position,” DeLass said. “He listens to members, understands how life-changing the loan process is for someone, and offers individualized advice to each person he works with.”
