Tampa, FL. (Jan 10, 2022) – Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU) is excited to announce the hiring of Patrick (Pat) Etheridge as a mortgage loan originator for Southwest Florida.
Etheridge received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Old Dominion University and has worked in the mortgage business for 28 years, specializing in construction lending and physician loans. Now at LMCU, Etheridge continues to enjoy working with members to make the mortgage process as smooth as possible.
LMCU’s Vice President of Regional Mortgage Production, Nakia Garcia, believes Etheridge’s professionalism and dependability will be a valuable addition to the organization. “Patrick is the type of person I know I can rely on,” Garcia said. “He is thorough and efficient, and he is constantly thinking outside of the box to find the best ways to help our members.”
Etheridge looks forward to being part of LMCU, and he believes the key to success in this field comes down to how he treats the people he serves. “Treat members the way you would want to be treated if you were in their shoes. If you do this, everything else falls in line,” said Etheridge.
