Livonia, MI. (October 19, 2018)–Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU) is pleased to announce the hiring of Denise Staffeld as Mortgage Loan Officer for its Livonia, Michigan home mortgage office. She reports directly to LMCU’s Vice President of Regional Mortgage Production, Jason Ryba, and will be serving the Livonia market.
Staffeld attended Henry Ford Community College in Dearborn, Michigan. She comes to LMCU with over 28 years of residential lending experience. Previous positions include Mortgage Loan Officer and Vice President at the Bank of Ann Arbor, Mortgage Loan Officer and Bank Officer at Huntington National Bank, and Mortgage Loan Officer and Assistant Vice President at Franklin Bank. She’s been involved with numerous professional groups, including Canton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Spotlight Players Board of Directors, Ann Arbor Board of Realtors, Livonia Chamber of Commerce, the American Cancer Society Leadership Team, the Women’s Council of Realtors, and Chicks for Charity. Currently, Staffeld co-chairs the Relay for Life of Canton–Plymouth. She’s also an instructor for First Time Buyer courses, a graduate of Leadership Canton, and was selected as the 2017 Volunteer of the Year by the Canton Chamber.

Denise is originally from Detroit, and has lived in Canton, Michigan for the past 27 years.
