Pilot

Welcome to LMCU.

Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU) recently merged with Pilot Bank, and Pilot accounts began being converted to LMCU memberships on December 2, 2022.

This page is full of useful information for managing your account and getting set up with online banking after your account has been fully converted to LMCU on December 5, 2022.

This information was also part of a welcome packet mailed in late October to all Pilot clients, which included other important account information and documents. In addition, you should have received the following by mail:

  • All accounts received a new account number
  • Current debit card holders received a replacement debit card
  • Checking account holders received information on new checks
  • Business accounts with services such as ACH or wire transfers received additional information on their services
  • Personal Accounts

    • What Changed?

Your Pilot account(s) converted to an LMCU membership.
Instead of having separate account numbers for each type of account, you now have a membership number that serves as an umbrella that allows you to access each of your accounts (known as shares).

All your accounts and loans transferred over.
Your accounts transferred to LMCU as part of the conversion. Loans also transferred over with your loan term and rate staying the same.

      Your account number(s) changed.
Your Pilot account number was replaced with a new LMCU account number. You should have received a letter with your LMCU account number in late November. If you do not know your account number, please contact us below.
