Our Outreach

Each year we provide several opportunities for our members to give back or participate in our giving efforts

Hutt Scholarships

Lloyd F. Hutt Scholarship

For nearly 30 years, we’ve offered an annual scholarship essay contest for high school seniors, honoring the legacy of Lloyd F. Hutt – teacher and founder of LMCU. Winning entries are celebrated and scholarships distributed in a luncheon ceremony.

Band Together

Each year, LMCU hosts a fundraising campaign to benefit pediatric programs at hospitals in the communities we serve. During the campaign, we sell icons for display and allow opportunities for members and employees to donate. In 2019 our members and employees donated over $70,000 to benefit area hospitals.

Reading Month

Reading Month

To celebrate National Reading Month, every March we encourage our Kids Club Account members to participate in Max’s Reading Adventure to read 5 books for their chance to win $100!
