Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU) is excited to announce the hiring of Gina Dionisio and Gulianna Mesropyan as mortgage loan officers serving Tampa Bay and the surrounding area.
Gina Dionisio has worked in the mortgage and financial industries for over two decades. She served as President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Tampa Bay and has been on their board of directors for over 15 years. Gina has also served as a director at the Mortgage Bankers Association of Florida.
“I have dedicated my career to guiding homebuyers through every step of the mortgage process and LMCU supports that level of service,” Gina said. “Whether you just need advice about building credit or are ready to build a home, whatever your situation, I am happy to help you on your journey.”
Gulianna Mesropyan is fluent in English and Russian and brings over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry to LMCU. She’s passionate about educating the community about the mortgage process and has presented for realtors and first-time homeowners. She’s also involved with several community organizations including the Tampa Bay Builder Association, Women’s Council of Realtors, and Greater Tampa Realtors.
“I pride myself on being able to build and cultivate relationships with our members,” Guilianna said. “By getting to know individuals and their unique needs, I’m better able to help them achieve their individual goals.”
