Lake Michigan Credit Union Welcomes Caitlin Townsend Lamb to Board of Directors


Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU) is delighted to announce the appointment of Caitlin Townsend Lamb to its Board of Directors. Caitlin brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning, process improvement, and public relations, adding to the board's collective expertise.

With over 14 years at Grand Rapids-based Cascade Engineering, Townsend Lamb has held several leadership positions, currently serving as Director of People Advancement, Lean Systems, and Communications. Her leadership has consistently driven improvement strategies from the executive suite to the shop floor.

In addition to her professional achievements, Townsend Lamb joined LMCU’s Community Advisory Board (CAB) in December of 2020 and has served as chairperson of the CAB since February 2022. The CAB is made up of area business, service organization, and nonprofit leaders who work on assignments from the LMCU Board of Directors to enhance the credit union's outreach and impact in the communities it serves.

Townsend Lamb expressed her enthusiasm about joining the board, saying, "I am honored to join the LMCU Board of Directors and look forward to contributing to the continued growth and success of the credit union. Together, we make a positive impact on our members and our communities."

The current LMCU Board of Directors includes David Bardolph, Tim Gortsema, Brad Mathis, Tim Myers, Jack Newberry, Juan Olivarez, Robert Partridge, Walter Rice, Gretchen Tellman-Partridge, Caitlin Townsend Lamb, and Robert White.
