Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU) is excited to announce the grand opening of their new Brighton branch, located at 332 W Main St.
As LMCU’s 51st branch in Michigan and 72nd branch overall, the new Brighton location highlights the Grand Rapids-based credit union’s continued commitment to growth in the Southeast Michigan region.
“We’ve been getting a lot of requests to expand our brick-and-mortar service in Southeast Michigan, so we’re excited to deliver on that desire for better banking options in Brighton,” said LMCU President & CEO, Julie Leonard. “We’re looking forward to playing an active role in the community, bringing not only our signature products and services to the area, but plenty of jobs and engagement opportunities, too.”
LMCU Branch Manager for Brighton, Angela Lance, echoed this sentiment.
“It means so much to me to help our neighbors here in Brighton grow their savings, buy new homes, and just have a reliable ally they can trust with their financial goals,” Lance said. “Because at the end of the day, LMCU is all about giving back to our members and nurturing this community that has given us their trust. That’s why, for every new membership opened here at our Brighton branch through November 2, we’re going to donate $10 to Livingston County Habitat for Humanity.”
