Courtenay Marshall has been promoted to commercial lending executive of Central Florida, and Thomas Minchew has rejoined LMCU as vice president, regional credit officer.

Marshall joined Pilot Bank in 2018 and was instrumental in managing the merger of Pilot Bank and LMCU in 2021-22. "I am thrilled Courtenay has accepted the opportunity to lead our talented commercial banking team serving the greater Tampa marketplace," said Jim Maskell, LMCU senior vice president and chief commercial officer. "Courtenay's collaborative leadership style, results orientation, and high standards for a positive member experience will continue to enhance LMCU's connectivity and growth in the communities we serve."

Thomas Minchew, former CFO of Pilot Bank, has rejoined LMCU and will be contributing to Marshall's team, bringing with him 23 years of financial institution experience and a strong background in accounting and finance as well as expertise in liquidity and capital management, financial analysis, business intelligence, and risk management. Marshall and Minchew have been colleagues for more than 13 years, and Marshall looks forward to collaborating with him again.

"Thomas is a great fit because of his amazing accounting and organizational skills, as well as his ability to manage projects and get things done," Marshall said.
