Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU) is proud to announce its affiliate, Lake Michigan Insurance Agency (LMIA), has hired Betsy Jones, as Director of Personal Lines.
Jones earned her Master of Science in Management from Cornerstone University, and holds a P&C producer’s license from the State of Michigan. She brings 18 years of experience in the insurance industry to LMIA, with her background including roles in leadership, sales, marketing, and development. In her most recent position, she played a key role in establishing and growing an independent agency in the real estate sector.

The Director of Personal Lines is primarily responsible for managing the personal lines department of LMIA, ensuring that both staff and customers have a positive experience and understanding with LMIA’s personal products and services.
