Ready to submit your donations request?
Eligibility
LMCU considers donation requests that support programs, services, or initiatives benefiting communities in the areas where our members and employees live and work.
Eligible requests must be made on behalf of an organization, school, nonprofit, chamber, association, or community group. LMCU does not fund endeavors benefiting a single individual.
Eligible requests should align with at least one of our funding priorities:
- Education
- Health and wellbeing
- Pathway to homeownership
- Economic inclusion/workforce development
LMCU does not provide donations for:
- Individuals
- Political candidates or political action committees
- School/mission trips
- Catastrophic illnesses or accidents
- Third-party fundraising efforts or benefits

Guidance
Use the donation request form when seeking monetary support for a program, service, or community initiative. If your request is connected to an event, sponsorship recognition, or promotional opportunities, please use the Sponsorship Request form instead.
Before beginning the form, have the following information ready:
- Your organization’s contact information, website, and EIN, if applicable
- A description of the program or initiative
- The community or service area served
- The requested donation amount
- How the funds will be used
- How the program aligns with LMCU’s funding priorities
- The anticipated community impact
- Any relevant supporting documents
Submitting a request does not guarantee funding. Requests are reviewed based on alignment, community impact, timing, organizational fit, and available resources.
