Sign fewer checks. Control every dollar.
Send payments to vendors, employees, and anyone else your business owes — by ACH, wire, or card — and put real controls around every one of them.
A payment method for every kind of bill you pay
Some payments need to land today. Some run on a schedule. Some just need to stop taking up your afternoon. We’ll help you match the right method to each one.
One login. Every payment.
Business Plus Online Banking is where your payables actually happen. Build ACH batches, release wires, set approval limits by user, and see what cleared — without a trip to a branch or a second system to log into.

Payables FAQs
It comes down to speed and cost.
ACH is the least expensive and works well for payroll, vendor payments, and anything recurring, with most payments settling in one to three business days.
Wires cost more but move the same business day — the right call for closings, large one-time payments, and anything going overseas.
Most businesses use both. Our Treasury team can help you sort which payments belong where.
Yes. Dual approval, per-user permissions, and dollar limits are configured when we set up your access, and you can change them as your team changes. Digital tokens add another layer on high-value transactions (never share this token with anyone over the phone. LMCU will never ask you for your token).
Pricing depends on which services you use and your transaction volume. Analysis Checking can offset some or all of your monthly fees with earnings credits on account activity. Contact our Treasury Management team for a complete rate schedule.
No. If your system exports NACHA-formatted files, you can upload them directly. If it doesn’t, you can build and save payment templates in Business Plus Online Banking and reuse them.
You also don’t have to move everything at once. Most businesses start with one payment type — usually payroll or a recurring vendor — and add the rest once it’s running.
An ACH payment can be returned if there are issues like insufficient funds, incorrect account details, or authorization problems. When this happens, we will notify you with a return reason so you can correct and resubmit the payment if needed.
