Call (866) 304-8684 right away to report your card lost or stolen. Help is available 24/7. Once it is reported, your card will be blocked to help prevent unauthorized use and protect your account.
After your card is reported, it will be deactivated and a replacement card with a new number will be ordered. Your new card should arrive by mail in about 7–10 business days.
For your security, a card that has been reported lost or stolen cannot be reactivated. If you find it later, continue using your replacement card and safely destroy the old one.
If you notice unauthorized charges, contact Member Services as soon as possible. We can help answer questions and guide you through the dispute process if needed.
No. Your replacement card will have a new card number. Be sure to update any automatic payments, saved payment methods, and cards stored in your digital wallet.
Yes. If you have access to Online or Mobile Banking, you may be able to temporarily disable your card to help prevent unauthorized use. You can also use eAlerts or account alerts to help monitor activity on your account. You should still report your card as lost or stolen right away by calling us.
