How can we help?
Top FAQs
Quick answers to the questions members ask most. If you need more detail, each topic links to a full help page.
Your password can be changed by logging in to Online Banking and going to the Profile tab, then clicking User Profile. If you don't remember your username or password, click "Reset Password" on the login page, or visit any branch location. You can also unlock a locked account using the "Unlock your account" link on the login panel at lmcu.org, or call Member Services at (800) 242-9790.
To report a lost or stolen debit or credit card, call (866) 304-8684 anytime, 24/7. You can also disable your card immediately in Online Banking or the LMCU Mobile App — log in, go to Cards, and toggle your card off to prevent unauthorized use while you get in touch with us.
There are a few ways to set up direct deposit. You can obtain a form from your employer and fill in your account information, including your 12-digit MICR number and LMCU's routing number, which is 272480678. You may also download a form from Online Banking that includes your personal account information by clicking on Services and then selecting the Electronic Payments and Direct Deposits link under Forms.
To sign up for eStatements, log in to Online Banking and select Services from the main menu. Under eStatements/eNotices, choose "Sign Up or Cancel eStatements/eNotices" and update your preference to Electronic for both your account and credit card eStatement. Enrolling stops paper mail delivery. eStatements are typically available by the 3rd of each month, and you'll get an email notification when a new one is ready.
LMCU's routing number is 272480678. There are two versions of your account number: your base account number (used for digital banking enrollment) and your 12-digit MICR number (needed for direct deposit and electronic payments). Find both in the Mobile App under Account Info, or in Online Banking under Services > Share Maintenance.
Open the LMCU Mobile App and sign the back of your check. Select Deposit, choose the account, enter the check amount, then take a clear photo of the front and back of the check. Submit — it's that easy! Deposits are typically available quickly and you'll receive a confirmation in the app. Keep your check until you confirm the deposit has posted.
LMCU's Skip-a-Payment program lets you skip a regular monthly loan payment for a low $25 fee — up to two times per calendar year (non-consecutive months). To use it, log in to Online Banking, click the Services tab, and select Skip-a-Payment. You can also print a form and return it to any branch. Note: mortgages, home equity loans, mobile homes, credit cards, and lines of credit are not eligible. Your loan must be current to qualify.
To dispute an unauthorized or cancelled ACH/electronic transaction, you'll need to sign an "Affidavit of Unauthorized ACH Withdrawal" form, available at any branch location. You can also call Member Services at (800) 242-9790 or email members@lmcu.org to have the form mailed or emailed to you. For unauthorized card transactions, contact our Card Services Department at (800) 242-9790 x 9737.
