| 1. | Log in to Online Banking using your username and password. | Log in to the LMCU mobile app using your username and password. | You do not need your current PIN to complete a reset. | |
| 2. | Select Services from the menu. | Tap the menu in the top-left corner. | Your new PIN should be available immediately, but may take up to an hour to process. | |
