Got questions? We've got answers.
Make a payment through Online Banking, where you can set up one-time or recurring payments — including payments from another financial institution. Prefer to pay another way? Mail a check to PO Box 2848, Grand Rapids, MI 49501, or visit any LMCU branch.
LMCU does not use coupon books for auto loan payments. The easiest way to make or schedule a payment is through Online Banking or at your local branch.
Your payoff amount is available in Online Banking. One thing worth knowing: your payoff amount isn't the same as your current loan balance. Because interest accrues daily, the official payoff figure is calculated through a specific date. For the most accurate number, contact us at (844) 301-8899 — we'll give you an up-to-date quote including any applicable interest.
After the 14-day grace period, a late fee may apply and online payment transfers may become unavailable. If you expect your payment to be more than 15 days late, contact our Loss Prevention team at (800) 242-9790 ext. 9923 or visit your local branch as soon as possible.
Skip-a-Payment lets eligible members skip a regular monthly loan payment for a $25 fee — helpful when an unexpected expense shows up right before your due date. You can skip up to two payments per calendar year in nonconsecutive months, as long as your loan is current and eligible. Keep in mind: interest continues to accrue during the skipped month, which may extend your loan term. To use it, log in to Online Banking and look for the Skip-a-Payment option, or download and return the form to any branch.
If your insurance coverage has changed, let us know as soon as possible. Keeping current insurance coverage on your vehicle is a requirement of your auto loan. Call us at (844) 301-8899, email [email protected], or stop into any branch and we'll help you update your information.
