How to set up eAlerts
Log in
Sign in to your account through LMCU Online Banking.
Open eAlert Settings
Select Services, then choose eAlert Settings from the menu.
Choose your alerts
Select the alerts you want and choose how you’d like to receive them.
eAlerts are customizable LMCU account notifications you can choose to receive by email, text, or both.
eAlerts let you know when specific account activity occurs, so you can stay informed without logging in throughout the day.
You can choose to be alerted about all kinds of account activity, including when:
- Your available balance is low
- You have a negative share balance
- There’s Courtesy Pay activity
- You receive a direct deposit
- A specific check clears
- A large debit card purchase is made
- Your mailing address is changed
- An automatic withdrawal is made
- You have insufficient funds for fees
Log in to Online Banking, select Services, then choose eAlert Settings. From there, choose the eAlerts you’d like to receive and follow the prompts to finish setup.
You can choose to receive eAlerts via email, text message, or both. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Yes. You can return to your eAlert Settings in Online Banking at any time to edit, delete, or update your eAlert preferences.
Yes. eAlerts are set up and managed through our Online Banking platform, so you’ll need Online Banking access to create, update, or remove alerts.
