Business Lines of Credit FAQs

A business line of credit gives you access to a set amount of funds that you can draw from as needed to fund short-term working capital needs. These funds accrue interest daily from the day funds are drawn.

As you repay what you use, that credit becomes available again, so you can reuse it without reapplying for more funding.

A loan provides a one-time lump sum, while a line of credit lets you borrow only what you need, when you need it — while only paying interest on those funds you withdrew.

This makes lines of credit better for managing ongoing expenses, like inventory restocks, and for financing projects with uncertain budgets or possible unexpected costs.

Our Business Lines of Credit are designed to be flexible, to fund whatever your business needs. Some common uses include:

  • Inventory
  • Seasonal business surges
  • Bridging the gap between incoming revenue and outgoing costs

Noyou will only need to pay interest on the funds you actually draw from your line of credit.

We will need to evaluate your credit, revenue, time in business, and overall financial health. This is done through documents like:

  • Proof of business
  • At least two years of tax returns (personal and business)
  • Recent financial statements

Connect with one of our commercial lending experts for a list of specific documents you’ll need for your application.

Repayment is flexible: you’ll have minimum required payments on the funds you’ve borrowed, as you pay down your balance, your available credit is restored for future use.

We aren’t just lenders: we’re locals.

Our business members love our commercial lending options for their flexible financing and competitive terms that come paired with personalized insights about their unique market.
