How do I enroll in online and mobile banking?

To enroll in digital banking, you'll need your account number and Social Security Number. For Online Banking, start here and select Personal Banking. If you already enrolled via our Mobile App, you do not need to enroll separately for Online Banking; just use the same credentials to access Online Banking.
LMCU's Mobile App is available for Android and iPhones. For Apple users: download from the App Store. For Android users: download on Google Play. First-time users may sign up in the app. If you are already enrolled, use your Online Banking username and password to log in.

Where do I find my account number?

There are two versions of your account number: MICR and base. The 12-digit MICR number is needed to set up direct deposit. Your base account number has fewer digits and is used to sign up for LMCU's digital banking.
These numbers can be found in our Mobile App under Account Info from the menu. Your MICR number can be found in Online Banking under Share Maintenance.

How can I open additional accounts?

You may open additional shares within your existing account in Online Banking by clicking Services and then selecting Open or Modify a Share under Share Maintenance. You may do the same in LMCU's Mobile App by selecting the menu in the upper left corner, tapping PRODUCTS, and then tapping Open or Modify a Share.
To open a separate, new account visit a branch or, for a new deposit account, complete our online application.

How do I add someone to my account?

To add a joint owner to your account, download a form from Online Banking by clicking on Services and then selecting the Add a Joint Owner link under Forms. Return this completed form with a copy of your driver’s license via email to [email protected] or bring both to one of our branch locations. You may also add a joint owner by visiting one of our branch locations.

How do I set up direct deposit?

There are a few ways to set up direct deposit. You can obtain a form from your employer and fill in your account information, including your 12-digit MICR number and LMCU's routing number, which is 272480678. You may also download a form from Online Banking that includes your personal account information by clicking on Services and then selecting the Electronic Payments and Direct Deposits link under Forms.

When will I receive my debit or credit card?

Debit and credit cards arrive by mail in about 7 to 10 business days. Debit cards are also available immediately by visiting one of our branch locations. Find answers to additional debit and credit card questions in this section of our Help Center.
