How would you like to learn?
We show up before you need us.
The best financial decisions are often made before there's money on the line. Whether it's helping a student understand the impact of a budget, supporting a family preparing to buy a home, or teaching practical money skills in the workplace, financial education creates opportunities long before major financial decisions arrive.
For more than 90 years, LMCU has worked alongside the communities we serve, providing financial education that helps people better understand their options and prepare for what's next.

Classroom Presentations
Bring financial education directly into the classroom with age-appropriate lessons tailored to your students. Topics may include budgeting, saving, credit, fraud awareness, financial goal setting, and other practical money skills designed to support learning at every stage. These presentations can complement classroom curriculum while helping students connect financial concepts to everyday life.
Financial Reality Fairs
Give students the opportunity to experience financial decision-making firsthand through an immersive budgeting simulation. Participants are assigned a career, salary, credit score, and monthly expenses, then work through real-world spending, saving, borrowing, and budgeting decisions. By applying what they've learned in a realistic setting, students gain a deeper understanding of the financial choices they'll face in the future.
